Rising Tides Drinking Services is the brainchild of Laura Greiner and Sommelier Steven Grubbs. The two have been drinking pals for enough years that they decided to join his wine acumen with her marketing savvy to dream up a unique path to connect curious people with the kinds of bottles (and related education) they need.

Laura has worked in the marketing industry at the corporate level for many years while also growing a serious wine mind (and a collection to match).

Steven is an award-winning sommelier whose acclaim (mainly while working with two-time James Beard winner Chef Hugh Acheson) has centered on his habit of forging unconventional paths to great wine experiences, often through his writing and an informed-but-unpretentious way of telling wine’s tallest tales.

When it comes to enhancing your drinking life, they want to make it a thrill and not a chore. Wine shouldn’t be a source of stress, after all.
